After finding out about these eye shadows through blogs and reading about how good they were I decided to give them a try for myself. They are amazing and I need to share them with all of my readers. I bought them from Boots on the 3 for 2 offer which is still on.
They are lovely creamy eye shadows that give you time to blend them before they dry but once dry the don't budge all night. I wore them on a day out to Belfast and I had it on from 10.30 in the morning until 12 that night plus I had bopped about for an hour and a half at the McBusted concert and my eye-shadow was perfect before I took it off!
I'm going to do swatches of the colours that I have and give a brief description of them.
Pink Gold This is a beautiful rose gold colour with a lovely shimmer to it. This is lovely when put over the whole eyelid and then use black in the outer corner of the eye.
Endless Purple This is the most amazing colour and has a slight shimmer to it but not too much.
Creamy Beige This beige colour has a subtle gold shimmer which is barely noticeable and it's a lovely colour for any look you want to achieve.
Metallic Pomegranate This colour is bard to describe; it's a reddy purple brown shade and has gold glitter through it. This so nice alone.
Timeless Black This is a matte black and so pigmented. This would be great to use as an eyeliner as it is so matte and won't budge.
Vintage Plum This is a dusty lavender colour with grey undertones, it has a matte finish. It needs a couple of layers as the first one applies quite patchy.
Turquoise Forever This is the reason I wanted to get these, it the most amazing turquoise colour with a slight shimmer in it.
On & On Bronze This bronze shade is amazing it has a foiled finish which is all in at the minute. This is definitely one my favourites followed closely by the next shade.
Eternal Gold This gold colour has the most amazing foil finish. It is so nice when applied all over the eye and then apply black or a dark brown to the crease.
That is all the shades I have at the minute. They come in a little glass pot and have a tendency to dry out so make sure the lids are always closed properly. These are so highly pigmented you will only need one or two coats of them. I apply these with my finger then blend the edges with a brush. Because they dry so quickly I tend to do one eye at a time. Anyone who hasn't tried these eye shadows yet I can't recommend them enough! Every one raves about Mac Paint Pots these are the cheaper and better version. At £4.99 each they are definitely a beauty steal.
